Helpdesk Technician
Helpdesk support technical to provide level 1 support. This position is first shift (8:00 - 5:00). Must be proficient in providing Active Directory Support, must be able to provide some Linux support and have knowledge of VMWare. Assignment is 3 months, with a Right to Hire option. Based in Farmington, we leading providers of technology products and services to the building systems and aerospace industries worldwide! Currently, we're looking for a motivated Senior .NET Developer that has experience with .NET and C# experience to join our tight-nit team.
- Ideal candidate should have 4-7+ years of engineering experience. Experience and understanding with customer facing software preferred.
- Develop software in C, C++, C#, Java, and/or Python. Experience with multiple software development languages and an ability to quickly learn new ones preferred.
- Successful candidates should have experience in both software theory and practice, including full software development lifecycle and diverse software project management approaches, e.g., Agile and TSP, software modeling using languages such as UML, software metrics and control and signal processing algorithm development.
- Develop software for a variety of target platforms including Windows, Linux, and various embedded platforms. Experience with Drupal preferred.
- Understanding basics of cybersecurity preferred.
- The minimum education requirement is a B.S. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related technical field (e.g. Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
